The Sunland-Tujunga-Lake View Terrace-Shadow Hills-East La Tuna Canyon Community Plan Area was last adopted in 1997. 

The Community Plan area includes the neighborhoods of Sunland, Tujunga, Lake View Terrace, Shadow Hills and East La Tuna Canyon.
